E-Powertrain Lead
RELOAD Motors GmbH is known for developing battery packs, BMS and other components for electric vehicles, as well as for storage systems. The priority is to find solutions with low weight and high energy efficiency. Existing technologies are suitable not only for passenger cars, but also for the electrification of public transport, modern buildings and smart city ecosystem.

Required Qualifications
- Higher technical education
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in developing schemes and routing printed circuit boards in Altium-Designer
- Experience in working with modern hardware components (including MCU STM, Atmel, FPGA ALTERA)
- Knowledge of network data connection and fieldbus systems (CAN, EtherCAT, TCP/IP, DDS и etc.). Development experience in at least one of these technologies
- Skills in the development of design and assembly documentation
- Experience in decomposition and problem setting
- Business fluent in German and good English skills
Would be a plus
- Knowledge of the principles of functioning of electrical machines
- Knowledge of the principles of mechatronic control
- Basic skills of SolidWorks / NX (interaction with designers, placement of electronic equipment, etc.)
- Experience in handling measuring equipment and instruments (oscilloscopes, voltmeters, generators, frequency meters, power supplies, soldering stations, etc.)
- Skills in soldering and debugging printed circuit boards
